- "Andy was born to Arthur and Beulah Gail (Pritchett) Donnell. After he graduated from Hot Springs High School he went to the University of South Dakota in Vermillion, SD. and attended Missouri Institute of Technology in Kansas City graduating with a Masters of Computer Science from Illinois Institute of Technology .
He used his Master’s Degree in Computer Science to develop software at AT&T in Chicago.
Andy was married on June 18, 1983, they raised 2 children,
After the family moved to Hot Springs, Andy owned and Operated Blue Bison (Donnell’s Store), and redesigned the lighting for Wind Cave.
Andrew had analytical and mechanical aptitude, visual spatial intelligence, construction, electrical, and plumbing abilities. He enjoyed Hot air ballooning, four wheeling, and riding dirt bikes.
He is survived by his wife,a son, and a daughter, and her children: two brothers,three sisters,
