  	Listed as Orilla Phillips - cause of death: cerebral hemorhage ---------- Mrs. Clement R. Phillips Mrs. Orilla Phillips, 86, wife of Clement R. Phillips, 752 W. Elm-st, died at 3:35 p.m. Monday in her home, after an extended illness. She was born in Forest and was a member of Olivet Presbyterian church, Lima Day Nursery board for 25 years and Stella Rebekah lodge of which she was past noble grand. Mrs. Phillips also belonged to the Past Noble Grand club. Her husband was Allen-co commissioner from 1913 to 1917 and Allen-co auditor from 1921 to 1927. In addition to Phillips, surviving are a son, G. E., 225 E. Vine-st; a daughter, Mrs. Gerald Fess, 752 W. Elm-st; a sister, Mrs. Florence Remagen, Cleveland; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. The body will remain in Davis-Miller and Son funeral home for services at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Cathedral chapel. The Rev. Philip Sorce will officiate, with burial in Memorial Park cemetery.
