- Merl Edwards was son of Ransom and Nellie Edwards. Served in the Pacific Theater during WWII as Chief Warrant Officer. He married Helen Prillwitz August 20, 1944. Merl was a fruit farmer in Eau Claire Michigan. Had 2 sons John and James. 2 Grand-daughters Victoria Edwards and Jennifer Edwards Anderson.
He loved to talk and knew a lot of local history. He loved his family and country. He enjoyed reading and farming.
