    LARGO, Fla. — Roger W. Watkins, 46, of Largo, died on Monday. He was a member of the law firm of Peznola & Watkins, Springfield, Mass., for which he did legal and title research. Born in Chicago, he lived in Wilbraham, Mass., and Longmeadow, Mass., for many years. He attended local schools in the Springfield area, and was graduated from Western New England College there. He moved to Florida in 1981. He leaves his wife, Ginger (Ramonas)_ Watkins of Largo; a daughter, Monica Darcy of Tennessee; two stepsons, Joseph Petrila of Largo and James Petrila of the Gilbertville section of Hardwick; his father, Edwin Watkins of Fort Myers, Fla.; two brothers, Craig Watkins of Fort Myers and Douglas Watkins of Dallas, Texas, and an aunt, Louise Watkins of Longmeadow. A memorial service will be conducted Thursday afternoon at Moss-Feaster Memorial Home, with cremation to follow. Memorial contributions may be made to the Red Cross.

    Peninsula in York Beach where they built a summer cottage.
    Over the years they added twelve additional rental cottages.
    They named their business Lighthouse Village.

    In 1979, Ed formed a condominium association for the
    twelve cottages, and sold each of them under this arrangement.
    At that time he kept their own cottage for their summer
    enjoyment.

    Finally in 1996 he sold their own cottage to a private
    party who tore it down and built a four season dwelling
    on the footprint of the original cottage.
