    A great similarity exists between her death and that of her mother. Both died from the same cause - cancer. Both died a few minutes after 4 a.m. Both died in the same corner of the same room. Both were 73 years of age at death. Both left three children - two sons and one daughter. Both left nine grandchildren.

    The following verses were written by her son, Marion, at the time of his mother's death and were read at that time. The same verses are to be read now--

    Mother's gone to be in glory,
    Where her blessed Savior is,
    Where no sorrow, pain or hunger,
    Have a place but Jesus lives.
    ---
    Where the angels sing His praises;
    Where the sun shines evermore;
    And the flowers bloom forever,
    Over on that other shore.
    ---
    Ever blessed be her memory,
    Cherished through the coming years;
    'Til we meet her, waiting, watching.
    Far beyond this vale of tears.
